Current Operational Strategy

Driven from the deep rooted positive nature of overall development for the whole community, now the owners have started the new management of Tharu Home- Resort with new concept of “Partnership between owner’s capital and human resource” that obviously means use of the skills of local people and materialize them for warm hospitality. The management is fully responsible to the welfare of staffs through life insurance policy, share on business profit, skill enhancement opportunity, etc. except monthly salary.
